Swarmcut Talent Co. ("Swarmcut", "we", "our") operates as a talent management agency registered in the Netherlands. We act as data controller for creator channel analytics and brand brief submissions under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Confidential Handling of Creator Metrics
A core principle of Swarmcut is the strict non-public handling of exact follower counts, view averages, audience demographics, and rate cards. Exact creator performance metrics submitted during the application process are stored securely and disclosed only to verified brand partners during private proposal evaluation.
3. Data Collected & Purpose
We collect personal information necessary to negotiate contracts, match creators with brands, coordinate campaign deliverables, and process financial payouts:
- Creator names, email addresses, primary handles, profile URLs, and geography
- Private channel performance data and rate expectations
- Brand contact details, campaign brief requirements, and payment records

European Union residents maintain full rights to access, rectify, port, or request erasure of their personal data maintained in Swarmcut systems by contacting privacy@swarmcut.example.
